Denplan & How it Works

We’re delighted that you’re considering to be part of Denplan. This means that you have access to regular private dental care with your dentist and their dental team, helping to keep your teeth and gums healthy now and prevent problems in the future.

We're always happy to talk to you about the dental plans so that you can choose which one is right for you - Denplan Care or Denplan Essentials .

The amount you pay for Denplan Care is based on your current oral health and how much dental care and treatment you may need in the future. After an initial assessment, we will tailor your plan so it's just right for you and advise you of your care band - monthly subscriptions start from just £31.95

Denplan Essentials is slightly different, focusing on routine preventive care and priority access to check-ups, hygiene visits, preventive care advice and necessary diagnostic x-rays. There's no pre-assessment required before joining Denplan Essentials . The plan doesn't cover restorative dental treatments such as fillings, crowns, dentures etc - any further treatment at standard fee rates. The monthly subscription is just £22.95.

The Importance of Your Oral Health

"Dental decay is one of the most common chronic diseases in the world. It can have a huge effect on general overall health and yet it is entirely preventable, which is why it is so important that patients prioritise their oral health" - Roger Matthews, Chief Dental Officer, Denplan.

Preventive dentistry is the foundation on which Denplan was built. A dental payment plan enables you and your dentist to focus on regular care to help minimise the risk factors before they cause pain and may need costly treatment.

We recommend that our patients follow a programme of preventive care using the skill of our practice team and the support of a dental payment plan.
